  • Workbook and exercises: Practical exercises and techniques to implement the strategies and concepts learned during the program.

Pricing

Total one time cost is $2970

I understand that investing in your personal and professional development is an important decision. Here is a reminder of what you get:

1. Guided training on each core topic, with live discussion and exercises.

2. Participants guides for all trainings to help you work through things at your pace.

3. Supplemental content to reinforce ideas and offer additional insights between sessions.

4. Two 1-1 coaching sessions with Aree over the course of the three months.

5. Access to a private LinkedIn group with just your cohort offering a place to celebrate wins and work through setbacks.

FAQ

When all the participants are signed up for a cohort, we will work together to determine the dates and times for the group sessions to ensure that we can get as many people to all of them as possible. The group sessions are virtual and happen on the zoom platform. Sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants to revisit or catch up on what was missed.

Each participant will have two one-on-one individual coaching sessions with Aree. These will be scheduled by each participant and can happen at any time from the first group session until four weeks after the final group session. Each participant can determine what when to schedule those to best meet their needs. Individual coaching sessions will be 50 minutes long and be conducted either on zoom or audio only call.

No. While all of the topics that we delve into are common concerns around the same time that you finish exams, they are topics that you could be challenged with at any point in your career. If you might like to work on these topics in a group environment, please apply!

Many employers have budgets available for professional development and training. Participants may consider seeking partial or full reimbursements from their employers given the benefits that this program has in the workplace including greater job satisfaction, decreased burnout, increased drive, and skill development. Contact Aree for materials and a letter that you can customize to submit to your employer.

Yes. We are able to create cohorts of internal teams. The structure is similar and topics can be adjusted to reflect the company structure and culture.

There will be four group sessions of one hour each. These are a mix of training, discussion, exercises, and coaching. There are two one-on-one sessions of about an hour each. Exercises/homework will be provided to participants at each group session. Those who benefit the most will commit to spending a small amount of time on these assignments between sessions.
